Robert Hicklin Grading Inc. was established in 1990 by Robert Hicklin Jr., also known as Bobby. After serving in the US Military with the Civil Engineers, he came home to Fayetteville and later formed the family business. It was just him and a front loader for a while, but as he said, “I weathered several recessions and put enough work together to pay the bills.” His dedication and hard work allowed him to grow the business and establish the relationships our company still has today. 

 

The family business has since been passed down to his son and grandson, Robert Hicklin III and Robert Hicklin IV. With over 30 years of experience and three generations, we can truly say it is in our blood! In addition to our family, we added an invaluable team member, Shayne Pitts in 2001. His experience, dedication, and hard work have allowed us to expand our project portfolio even more.
